All food packages are shipped via FedEx. A Driver Release is put on all packages so that they may be left at the door. If delivering to a multi-unit building, the driver may require someone be present to receive the package in person, so please plan accordingly. No PO Box addresses allowed. 2-Day Delivery $21.95 – is the method that all FROZEN (NOT CONTAINING LIVE LOBSTER) gift packages are shipped. FedEx delivers from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm to residences and from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm to businesses on the second business day after being shipped. (FedEx does not guarantee delivery times during major holiday seasons or for delays due to weather.) Occasionally packages may arrive a day early if FedEx is running ahead of schedule. Frozen packages should be scheduled to arrive 1 day prior to preparation to allow thawing time. Sunday and Monday Deliveries – are not available.
